| (Desktop Support Engineer - 2nd Line, Windows 2003/2008, exchange, MCP, MCSE, MCSA - Contract - London) Roc Search's client is currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with overall experience of dealing with both 1st and 2nd line issues. The ideal candidate will also have some experience of dealing with 3rd line issues. The candidate will be working in a Windows Environment and need a strong background of all flavors of Windows, including Exchange and Active Directory. The role will consist of remote and telephone support with elements of face to face support. The role will also be based over both MAC and PC therfore solid MAC knowledge is essential. The candidate will also be involved in projects, such as office moves, migrations and deployments etc. The candidate will also hold the MCP, MCSA or MCSE certifications and have knowledge of Vmware. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the latest technologies within the market.
